The geological features of the Indian Caves is such a unique and interesting place to visit. The park area surrounding the caves is great for hiking. It is also right on the river. You can see the front opening of the caves from the main trail. If you go up the hill on the wooded trail, it takes you up above the caves. It's really more of a crevice or small canyon like structure, as you can look down into the "caves" from up above. It is really cool to hike the trail up above and look down...

There are no markings for the Indian caves so you're going to need to take a little hike. I recommend checking out both sides of the caverns. Also, just when you think your done, keep going up stream and you'll not only find more, you'll find a nice place to cross. There are no marked parts so you'll have to follow the paths many other explorers have...
