We made a 2.5 hour drive to Waterloo take 6 hours, as we stopped at all the wineries & antique malls we could find along the way. Our final destination was Waterloo and after 3 previous winery stops, this by far is my favorite! The charm of this place is incredible. When you pull up you see a lake at the end of road and beautiful fence around the property. It appears it was a house turned into a winery which means the wrap around porches and mature trees as well as a great patio make it as inviting as their site says. The wines here are spectacular! I'm a dry red 🍷 kind of girl and their Chambourcin hit the spot. Looking for a dry to semi sweet wine was a goal, as ai needed something for my Mom. Their vignoles option was even a hit with me. This is a must stop for any wine lover...

I had a surprise birthday party for my husband at Schorr Lake and everything was fabulous. Maria helped me plan and was very responsive to my questions. During setup and throughout the party she was right with me, helping and providing great input on setup. Everyone loved Corey the bartender! The wine slushees was a crowd favorite and the wine and beer variety was very good. It was important to me that the children in our family attend but I was apprehensive about the atmosphere. Wow - did they ever have a good time playing in the surrounding yards! The atmosphere at night with the lights is very nice and I heard so many compliments from our guests about what a great venue it is! I would highly recommend...

really nice winery...I reserved the top deck for my birthday and had a really nice time! I really enjoyed the fact that I could bring my own food in even though we still purchased pizza's from the kitchen. the wine slushy was my absolute FAVORITE!!! Im already planning my next visit...

Great atmosphere! Lots of seating and the wine was very good. Also lots of options for those who are not wine purists. So there is something for pretty much everybody! Would thoroughly recommend!

Nice little Winery, I had a bottle of their Blackberry Port which was delicious. They had a man playing music as well
