Zip Chicago — Attraction in Illinois

I called them today more then 5 times because I live in Chicago and I have more then 1 hour drive to this small town! I just wanted to check if they are open and I wanted to make reservation for me and my family! Finally after spending the whole morning calling this lady answered at exactly 11:48am and I was like “hi are you guys open and can I please make reservation?” She responded “No that’s why no one answered the phone” and she literally hung up! I'm conflicted. The people and the 'start' of the tour seemed fun, and friendly. However, we zip-lined once out the door, then THE RAIN came. We were all willing to continue however for our safety they stopped the tour and went back inside. They said we just 'leave our name' and can call back to re-schedule. Zip line tour was fun. However I had a package purchase so I was supposed to do the utv tour as well. On my scheduled day they said utv tours weren’t available only Ziplining. I was told I would have to do it another day. When I called to try to schedule a day, I was told they’ll have to speak to management about the situation first.
