If you're a designated driver looking to be responsible for your party or you simply do not drink alcohol but are attending an event for friends or family, be prepared to have little to zero options for non-alcoholic beverages. Additionally, not only is management unsympathetic towards a person's reformations, they are incredibly rude to those who want something other than water or soda.
I had a bottle of unsweetened tea since I do not prefer soda or water and was scolded by the female manager who was more concerned about earning profit than a person's reason for bringing an outside beverage in the venue. I wasn't even given the opportunity to explain why I had it. I could have had a medical reason and from how this so called "establishment" treated me I feel as though they would not fairly consider those with medical conditions or disabilities.
My experience is from the perspective of someone who can't drink alcohol and I was treated extremely poorly and I will not return.
I will also add that another party arrived after I did and they had outside drinks with them and they were not told to remove the drinks from the premises by the managers. In fact, the female manager went directly to the table multiple times and did not say anything to the them. Then another patron came in with an outside beverage, went up to the bar, stood right in front of the male manager who didn't say anything to that person either - until he noticed that I saw that he had blatantly ignored his own policy, however that patron was not scolded as I was.
Might I add I am a different gender than the individual patron and the other party.
So it appears that management is inconsistent with their own policies or it may be that they prefer specific genders over others. I will add that other parties who did drink were well received by the staff and had an enjoyable time.
