Trailhead for Stateline Fire Lookout — Attraction in Incline Village-Crystal Bay

Short hike but with a pretty good incline. It was covered in snow when we hiked it a few days ago, which made it a little more challenging. Beautiful views of lake Tahoe throughout the hike, but the loop at the end has places to sit down and just enjoy the view. The day we went had clouds over the lake but clear skies elsewhere, which made the view absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend, especially if you only have a little bit of time...

The trail is short at 1.5 miles to the top. The views are beautiful. The trail is too narrow for those who understand the pandemic isn't over, and are socially responsible enough to physically distance themselves from others.
