I just needed a nice peaceful drive by myself and came across this beautiful area. Never heard of Anderson Falls and they are secluded. I drove down a small narrow road almost like a neighborhood street with houses only on the left. I felt like I was going down a long driveway but instead I came across the sound of the waterfalls and around 6-7 parking spots. I walked over to the Overlook and looked down and it was gorgeous. I did not know how to get down until I saw somebody come up because you have to maneuver over a red rail or a small fence. It's better coming up than it is going down. Water was warm, family friendly and there's another Trail at the top to walk across the falls. I did not know that until locals told me. Across from the parking area is a large beautiful field. This field captures the most...

Used to be a quiet little swim hole not to many people knew about, now it can be a bit crowded in the summer. Bathrooms are pit toilets and are usually pretty nasty. People tend to toss there trash in the parking lot across the street or leave their trash in the weeds along the bank. Tends to attract alot of disrespectful teenagers who make it hard for a family to enjoy. But it's not always this way,and it's definitely worth checking out. You can sit in the rapids above the falls or after a very short moderate hike you can enjoy the swim hole at the bottom of the falls. Bring bug spray, and if you pack it...

The falls are beautiful. Loved the short trail along the river bank but unfortunately people are pigs that cannot pick up after themselves. The surrounding area is littered and graffitied. Also if you have small children, the available bathroom is a latrine in terrible shape. The doors cannot be locked so someone has to stand outside. I think the county should charge a small entry fee to help with infrastructure. Maybe add more trash cans and picnic tables and clean up the graffiti. And maybe this would also keep people who don't know how to appreciate...

This place was a little bit off the beaten path, but it's beautiful. Nature at its finest. The little town of Milhousen, before your get there, is rural, old, and an awesome look back in time. That is where the bridge pic is from. The falls have a little parking lot with some public bathrooms and grilling stations. And parking for about 20 cars at max. The paths are mostly easy to navigate, but there is some steep terrain you can navigate if you wish. All aside, nice place to visit, especially with the family.
