Paid full price for the pool. $31 for a family of 5. This section with 2 slides was closed, making the other slides extremely long (35 min wait time) The place was packed and had this large section of pool closed off. Like paying full price for a Zoo but rather than the animal or 2 being off exhibit, 25% of the Zoo is chained off to visitors. The lifeguards today discussed what was in the bottom of the diving board pool rather than jumping in to retrieve what it was. It was a Tshirt but rather than respond quickly, they discussed for a good 30 seconds what it “could” be. Of course, kids enjoy it because it’s a pool. But I couldn’t get past a few things. First time to go in about 4 years. Thought of making it more of a routine with 3-4 visits a summer since the kids are perfect ages to enjoy it. Will try again in 4 years.

My daughter has been riding rides at the fair all week, meeting the 42” guidelines there. We came here and you must be 42” to ride the water slides. She had been meeting those guidelines all day for the water slides until the end. They switched life guards to some girl. My daughter had already gone down the slides multiple times before the switch. She went to go down them again and didn’t get to. I went up there to ask the reasoning why she didn’t get to go down. The lifeguard lady had said she didn’t meet the height requirements. I explained to her she had been meeting those requirements all day at the fair AND here, she didn’t care and said my daughter couldn’t go down them. So my daughter left really upset. Somebody needs to figure out something, here’s the pictures for proof🤨

We rented Chalet #1. It had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master is upstairs. It has a jacuzzi tub. We didn't use it. A fireplace. It has a nice deck with a great view. The deck and fireplace were my favorite. It's a nice place, but it really could use some updates. The colors are from the late 90s, early 2000s. The wallpaper is peeling in one bedroom, above the fireplace. I could tell it hadn't been used in a while. It was dusty and dead bugs on the floor in front of the window. It wasn't terrible. We bought wood at a local gas station. We ordered takeout from Logans. We enjoyed it. There's a nice walking trail from Burdette to USI. USI has some nice trails and paths for bike riding. I would recommend it. My complaints are minor.

Good pool but bad customer service! They were running a special for discounted season tickets so I called to find out what kind of discount I could expect. I called and spoke to a man at the aquatic center he said all tickets were $20 off, I then said are you sure because I don’t want to drive all the way out there for them not to be. He assured me all season passes were $20 off and I could stop by until 6pm that day.

That was Memorial Day so I drove all the way out to Burdette only to find out that they closed at 4pm that day. Also I will note he didn’t tell me to go to the main office so naturally I went to the pool area to buy these which I was then told to drive all the way back down to the main office.

Anyways, before I left I called back up to the aquatic center and spoke with a lady who told me I needed to call back in the morning and speak with a man in the main office but before hanging up with her I asked her what the discount was and she then told me $20 off all season passes. So this was a 2nd time I was told this, I felt confident the pricing was correct.

Fast forward I had called the main office and spoke with a man there who I told my story to and he said I will save two season passes for you and I will extend the discounted rate since you were told 6pm instead of 4pm. I told him I couldn’t make it in until a few days later which he said I would Have to come on that day because he couldn’t hold them a day later.

I come in on that day around 11. Of course nobody could find any sort of paperwork with my name on it or anything. I told the guy at the front I needed two season passes and I needed to pay for them. Now normally the season passes are $75 for a single adult but everyone told me $20 off so I came in there expecting to pay $55 but no I was told wrong and they didn’t want to honor their own employees words!

The director of the park was arguing and being extremely rude over $10!!! This was uncalled for and I seriously can’t believe after all the phone calls and hoops I had to jump through I was being treated like this. His words were I have 70,000 people that come to this park and I can’t just give you a season pass for that price. REALLY?! You have that many people and you can’t make your customers happy over 10 bucks?! Me, my friends, my family, their friends and their family will be taking our business else where for the following years. All over...

First off, we have travel the majority of the US (42 of the 50), we have been to a lot of RV parks. We were very excited about staying here just because of the aquatic center, what a disappointment. Sadly, there is a KAREN there who yells at all the kids and adults passing by or going to the campground playground. Second, KAREN seems to sit around smoking all day while the main lady (Wondy?) worked, mowed, worked in the office and was kind and efficient. Third, the aquatic center is off the chain crowded and full of people who have no manners. We had multiple people make comments to our children and this seems to be trend. It was packed in consistently without regard to the already paid guest. The fare was so cheap it was insane with so many people in a small area it was miserable! The campground was full of full timers (living there) who encroach the road of RV’s coming and going. The signs aren’t marking where RV’s need to come in well either. The trees were all very low and didn’t seem maintained for RV’s coming in. There was only one washer and dryer. Although the playgrounds seemed new and the park it’s self was well maintain in some parts, it seems like only a few campers are maintaining the RV park and not so much the park workers. I think this place has such potential if more people managed the trees, signs, and had full timers away from the short term, which is a common practice. Overall a true disappointment, besides Wondy I can say she was the best part of our stay. Thank you to you and your hard work- you are noticed but get rid of KAREN! (The one who has a full time fifth wheel in the first campground lot next to the bath house and laundry...

Terrible for the family. I was just recently there with some friends. The lifeguards are unprofessional and not rescue ready. They constantly look away from the water and have other pools, that even if closed are not blocked off or monitored. There were multiple occasions where a lifeguard was turned around for several minutes at a time and others who were just relaxing with their legs up. I actually was sitting right by the pool at the entrance that usually is closed, a small 5 year old boy fell in the water and could not swim, I heard someone yell the child’s name and that he did not have his “floaties”. I am actually a trained lifeguard and have been for four years. I immediately jumped in the pool along with another passerby, when I got out none of the lifeguards or roaming workers went to help or even payed attention. Two minutes later a boy dropped a beach ball in the water and for that a worker got in. I immediately asked to speak to a manager considering the dangers and the fact they had a recent death at the facility due to lack of monitoring. The manager was a young blonde and very rude and she rolled her eyes at me and just said “okay well where were his parents” and “whatever thanks”. I do NOT recommend this facility for family, there is a huge safety risk and even a well trained swimmer could easily have a complication and go under without being noticed. I immediately left and...
