Great place to visit. Mr Bill was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable and entertaining. He’s 85 and does a fantastic job. So I am Giving HIM 5 stars!! I have bumped my review to 4 stars for a few reasons. The bathrooms were disgusting. They are outhouse and I don’t think have been cleaned in years!! The cashier even said she wasn’t proud of them so they know there is a problem with them. They have a bed and breakfast that was out of commission at the moment. No concern for us but would be interested in seeing it when it is done. But I don’t think you would be able to look out your windows and see the buffalos as they are to far out. It also looked like at one time they had a little kitchen to serve visitors which I thought would have been nice to have open as well with picnic tables outside. Again, you can’t see the buffalos from gift shop and check in area though. The outside is very run down and needs to be cleaned up. A lot of cats and kittens running around obviously not fixed. I saw on the Facebook page they have horses at times and really wished they were there when we visited as well. I think that would have been a nice touch. Again, Mr Bill is awesome and when he retires they are really going to lose an awesome and entertaining tour guide. He really knows is stuff. Thank you again Mr Bill!! I wish you well.

I did really enjoy this experience. The buffalo were truly and amazing sight to see, and one I've wanted to see since I was a little girl. The tour guide was knowledgeable. The gift shop was cute and the grounds were nice and peaceful. Almost eerie but in a revered sort of way. We definitely learned a LOT that I didn't know before. And the ride to the herd was bumpy and fun. The reason they lost one star is below. Do be aware that there were some sick looking kitties. As an avid animal lover it truly broke my heart to see. I honestly would hesitate to take my kiddos due to the kitties. Who wants to go see and celebrate animals when there are some sick ones at your doorstep? Hopefully they get to the vet soon. Animals do get sick even under the best of care.

Three Paws was phenomenal! The care and love he has for his property, animals and guests shows. He takes time to explain the heritage of the native people, his herd, and the land. You're taken out to 1 of the massive pastures where the bison are kept for a close up experience. The bison come very close to the truck. It's very cool to see them in a natural habitat up close. There are restrooms (a vault toilet), a museum, and gift shop. You can also order a bison burger and have a picnic and/or buy frozen bison in the gift shop to make at home. It's a great educational and fun experience for all ages! When we are back in the area, we will definitely visit again!

Was disappointed in the place. Was expecting more of a modern look rather than a small delapilated parking lot and a very dim outhouse. Payed $46 dollars for four people 2 adults and 2 children. Climbed into the back of a pickup that had water standing and a hole in the tarp that covered the top. The guide drove us back to the herd which was on the other side of a fence. He parked the truck and gave us some very interesting facts about the bison and their history. This was the only part that I enjoyed and the guide was very knowlegable. Didn’t get to go among the herd. Gift shop had some nice items. With a few improvements it would be a more attractive and fun experience. Need to update their equipment for a nicer viewing experience. I feel it is a little overpriced for what you get out of...
