I think it is such a neat park! Plenty of different play areas with equipment, spread out, there are different walking/bicycle paths that takes you all through the park, lots of benches to sit at, my favorite are the ones that overlook the river, it is so peaceful. Plenty of people fishing and boats there when I was there. There is a suspension bridge you can walk across, lots of different shelters with bathrooms and picnic tables. Basketball courts, tennis courts, multiple softball/baseball fields, gaga ball arenas, etc... definitely something to do for everyone! I do not live in the area, but definitely plan to be making a couple trips back there...

We have been visiting Winamac's town Park for the past 40 years. My family rents out one of the pavilions the last weekend of September for the Manns family picnic. The town has kept very good care of the grounds and the playground equipment. I rode threw the park yesterday morning, to no surprise the river is roughly 4 ft from being in the road. Just wait until the water is gone down and plan a day at the park always something to do,safe place for all kids take them across the swinging bridge and pick up sea shells loved it when I was a kid. Anyway see you at the...

Very clean and inviting town park, safe and fun experience for all walks of life. There's a fenced in playground for children 5 and under so parents can feel safer about that, there's volleyball courts in the very back that are very very used in the summer for volleyball leagues. The basketball courts are plentiful and the main playground is pretty extensive. The main attraction in the swinging bridge of course, it's a treat to walk across the tippy! Do yourself a favor and give it a go it's beautiful...

Great town park and county fair grounds. Unless the county fair or the Power Association (tractor fair) on going, it's a slower pace and offers playgrounds and a nice walk along the banks of the Tippecanoe River. It's one of a few places where you can walk the riverbank and arrive back at your starting place. Summer evenings are soccer and volley ball if you're looking for a sporting event.

Its a beautiful park set into a river that wraps around the back. There's ball fields, tennis courts, volleyball areas with sand, play equipment for all ages, swings , tables, pavilions and a 4-H fairground in the back. There are well maintained grounds , a river dock for boats and floaters, bathrooms and benches to rest and enjoy the peace and beautiful views.
