So, we went hiking at McCormicks creek and let me tell you... thank god we did the first day. This was probably one of the most adventurous and scary camping trips I have EVER BEEN ON! The hiking was great I even went into the cave I did get a little scared though but would totally do it again. The reason it was scary was because the weather was horrible. It rained all night then the second day the cave was flooded and there was water GUSHING OUT so if u did go in the cave you would probably drown. The second day we were cooking dinner (fajita to be exact) then all of a sudden the wind started going bonckers and the tornader horns went off. Luckily our camp sites were right across from them. When we arrived at the bathrooms, the camp host was there with her dogs and we pretty much a a mini party if I do say so myself. That night was scary though because the wind was crazy and the rain wouldn’t stop. The next day we were the only ones in the WHOLE camp site besides the camp host, that was pretty cool. BUTTT we decided to leave that day because the weather was just going to get worse. I’m just going to say that trip was something else but I would totally go back. (June 14, 2019) MY FAVV PART WAS WHEN WE TOOK A “7 mile” car ride (more like 20 but it’s ok) to Calvers and they didn’t have any soup just chili. So I decide to make a LITTTT rap about the chili. Emma’s quote- “smells like my dad in the...

We took the dog and she loved it. The trails seemed a bit mundane. Its pretty and all but the sights were not really any better than the other Indiana State Parks we...
Read moreThe cave is very cool. I climbed through it several times now. didn't know why it was called wolf cave until I spotted hundreds of wolf spiders one time. I won't be going back to say the least. But if that doesn't bother you then you will enjoy it. If it does, then you can still go up to the...
