I had driven by several times before I tried to give this place ago. I think it's a great secret for Indianapolis. I will occasionally cross bikers, runners, or other hikers but usually don't see too many people. There's a large paved path that goes up and around and ends at a neighborhood, and there are lots of dirt pads off the side that make for some nice trail hiking. My dog loves it and it's interesting at one point. Sort of being over 465 and you can hear all the traffic but you can't really see it. It's one of our favorite places to go...

There are NO facilities. Nice woodsey walk but you still hear the roar of 465. Not really handicap accessible but could be managed with strong enough support. I think there needs to be a map and a few end points with only one way in so you know when it's cool for a private moment. Perhaps people should go back to using hankies in their back pockets and maybe some innovative markers to point the way to your location without being obvious. So yeah....it's cruisy just mind your manners or the fuzz...
