UPDATE: Their care department attempted to reach out from an unlisted number. It's funny how so many other businesses can register their numbers so you know who is calling. Three and a half hours after their call, I received a email. I emailed back an hour later, with no response. Calling the number they give you will apparently work after hanging up on you three times. The important part here, is that in their email, they attempted to gaslight me, pretending that I was asking for an additional pickup, or just didnt know that I wasn't supposed to get trash picked up today. I know it wasn't supposed to come today. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME LAST WEEK. The audacity of this company to try to say anything to get out of their responsibility is ridiculous.
Wow. The city I live in decided to do a city wide contract, completely out of my control. Waste Management decided to just not do trash pick up. I even called because I paid for the service! They were happy to take my money, but not the trash. THIS IS THEFT. Read moreThey took over Rays trash a couple years ago. Prior to them taking over I could use any can. I was allowed up to 2 96 gallon cans. Now I have to use their cans. And service only comes with 1 96 gallon can. So I finally broke down and ordered a secondary trash can for my address last Monday as 1 can hasn’t been enough and I am tired of having to take my extra trash to friends and family. I was told that the can would be delivered that Thursday. It was not. I called Friday and asked what happened. Clerical error the ticket was not submitted. Got everything set up again can to be delivered Tuesday. It is now Tuesday and still no can. So called again and get told a can isn’t available until Thursday. They told me they typically deliver cans on your trash pick up day but due to their error that they could change the day to Tuesday. If they decided they couldn’t deliver it Tuesday I would get a call telling me. I did not get that call. Read moreThis has to be the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a trash service provider. I bought a new home and setup trash service through WM and ordered 2 trash containers. Was delivered quickly and on time which I was excited for. I was delivered a regular trash and and a recycle container which was fine only my recycle container never got picked up which was weird to me, after 3 months I decided to give them a call and see what was going on. I was told I didn’t have recycle service and that the container was sent to me by mistake and they would exchange it to the right one. I was fine with it at that point, it happens people make mistakes. But what really frustrates me is that I keep getting told I’m getting the exchange that day, it’s been 3 days that the exchange still has not happened.
