Live Oak Park — Attraction in Ingleside

If you like wilderness or disc golf basketball or tennis softball baseball or just a nice quiet playground this is the perfect place for you. Great place to go and have a picnic and spend some time in nature if you are interested in disc golf this is an amazing disc golf course here to play picnic and just plain old have fun. I would have to say this is one of the better things to do in ingleside if you are an outdoors person. Consider a pavilion or 2 near the pond. Grassland habitat is important, but there is no shelter from the heat in that area of the park.

Consider converting old shed near pond into a bird blind with structural reinforcements.

Live oak Park itself is a very nice with frisbee, golf facilities, playgrounds, baseball diamonds etc. And some wooded grounds that are just very pleasant. I was there supporting Renaissance Fair so I wasn't using the sports facilities. I am also told that the small lake in the park is an excellent fishing hole. I can't wait to try that out.
