So got 2 bottles of wine, they were both gifts and was dying to try them. Tonight we retried the petite Shiraz. I'm a huge fan of petite Shiraz and this was incredible!! First we decanter it and let it breathe after aerating it. Nothing can compliment a good filet mignon like a good bottle of petite Shiraz. This is now on my list of must have! Smooth. Just a hint of earthy. No pepper or tannins (two of my least favorites in wines). This is a bottle of wine you can enjoy alone or with a meal.
