Rancho Victoria Vineyard — Attraction in Ione

I’ve been to Rancho Victoria many times for wine tasting, and every single visit has been outstanding. The wines are top-notch, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the staff delivers the kind of warm, attentive service that makes you feel right at home.

Last weekend I had the chance to attend the FOREJOUR concert here, and it was by far the best winery concert I’ve ever been to in the region. The weather was perfect, the lasers and sound were incredible, the food and wine were delicious, and we danced the night away under the stars. Shared a delightful mid-afternoon tasting here with family, who are members. The tasting room is nestled amongst beautiful and expansive vineyards. Our party was on the larger side, however they were able to give us a wonderfully shaded area outside. We began by ordering a bottle of their Cuvée Senza Nomee VI. Tastings included their Savignon Blanc, a 2021 Rosato of Primativo, 2019 Grenache, 2019 Barbera, 2019 Primitivo and 2019 Cabernet. All were excellent. Our best choices were the Grenache and Rosato.
