Not the best of the 5 Okoboji interconnected lakes, but not the worst either. It’s wide open, but not very deep. In fact, even in the center you can jump off the boat and likely touch the mud bottom - therefore you should exercise caution with your lower unit while traveling around this lake. Seaweed can get pretty thick mid to end of summer. Visually it’s gorgeous, with protected shorelines there aren’t a ton of houses built up around so you can enjoy the...
