It was a PERFECT weather day to see the fall views and the experience was a two hour waste of time. First off the 30+ min wait to get on the chair lift was too long but after a 5 min decent ride up we were presented with a long line to go up the elevator to the top of the ski jump ramp. However the line never moved. There was no communication and after waiting for another 45 min many started to leave. There was a coupe of guys that seemed to be working on the elevator but no communication. Finally one announced it was shut down. We then endured another 10 min minimum wait to get down the lift (many walked down the hill). Then another 30 minute wait to get a refund. They did issue a refund but the lack of communication and professionalism left us leaving hoping all would second guess the trust they place in this service and the people that work there. On top of it all they kept selling tickets for people to go up when the lift ride was a very little part of what should be the full experience of being able to view the sites from the ski jump ramp. Completely wasted 2 hour experience. Thank goodness the weather was enjoyable and the people in line around us were lovely. Even if it worked, I would suggest a decent view from Mt Zion Lookout for free instead. I rarely do a negative review but this one...

We came in August and took the elevator ride to the top which is I think about 38 stories up. You then have to climb another few stories to get to the actual top of it. Once youβre there you feel like youβve stuck your head out of a moving plane, Itβs that windy up there. You can feel the jump swaying from the wind! The views are absolutely amazing. You can see the apostle Islands, and lake superior as well. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I forgot to mention to get to the elevator you have to take a chairlift which is super cool and super steep so if youβre afraid of heights you might want to rethink this. We had a blast, the cost was $25 a person but well worth it. They have a gift shop where you can purchase shirts and other stuff too. Theyβre trying to get money to restore the jump and open it once again. I hope they do. We will be...
