Great views and nice course but DO NOT ship your clubs to the course!!!! Everything went fine getting them there. Getting them back was truly another story. After my round, the clubhouse was closed which is not totally problematic, however, I should have been told before my round what to do when I was finished. I left my clubs with the golf cart attendant who told me he would make sure he took them into the club house the following day. I called the next day and was told my clubs had been shipped. The next day I received a call from Ship Sticks saying the return address label (my home address) had not been placed on the box. The gentleman who opened the box the day of my round clearly saw the return label was in the box. They ended up back a the golf course and then they REFUSED them! My clubs then were shipped to Florida (Ship Sticks HQ). I had a golf outing the following Tuesday and thankfully Ship Sticks next day aired my clubs. Kudos to them! I called the golf course asking for an explanation. The gentleman never apologized to start and proceeded to blame UPS. He asked for my phone number and said he would look into it, but I never received a call back. Horrible customer service!!! What should have been an easy process, turned nightmarish. Clearly they have not system in place which is mind boggling for a resort golf course. It seems unless you are a member they...
Read moreGreat starter, best we met on a 4 week holiday. He was informative about course and made us feel really welcome. The course was OK, although fairways weren’t good. Greens were in good condition. Mountains surround the course on four sides, so it’s a scenic course. We played behind a large tournament, so it was understandably slow. The two ball in front were playing 4 balls, minimum, for each shot. They took the best of these four balls and continued to play another four for each following shot, including on the green. Over the 18 holes they drank 18 miniature bottles of whisky between them! Shouting and whooping was common! When we finished we went into the pro shop to complain. We were told by the self proclaimed PGA Professional that there are no rules in golf about behaviour on the course, and as such it was tough luck we had experienced such bad behaviour. The drinking could not be criticised as we were told the drinks cart sells alcohol! Clearly monies from corporate events is more important than providing a good days golf for the individual player. Beware when you book, ask what’s going on, as green fees are on...
Read moreMy husband is an avid golfer and like to play courses when we vacation. Our B&B hosts told us about this place and recommended we stop by, as the public could play here. We spent the first portion of our day sight seeing in the Teton's and planned to finish the day with gold. We stopped by and went into the Pro Shop to see if we could reserve a tee time. My husband walked up to the counter to ask and almost immediately (and rudely) the young man said "it's members only, public is from 1 to 2". Ok, great, we will look around at the TM apparel. While doing so, we still had people in there looking at us like we had the plague. I guess everyone in there was "better than us" apparently. Never have we experienced such rudeness and snobby attitudes. We decided not to spend a dime in there. Oh, by the way, we walked in there at 2pm. Once we got back to our vehicle, I checked the website and there was availability for a public tee time at 2:20pm for 1 person. I did tell our hosts not to recommend this place to anyone in the future and about the...
