We partook in a wine tasting with the wine maker himself, which he explained the creation of his wine, which grapes he used (even pointing out the row of grapes in the vineyard), and the story behind the wine label. We LOVED Rescue Red, Barbera, and Cabernet Sauvignon the absolute most, but there was not a single “bad” wine on the menu. Many have achieved bronze, silver, gold, and best in class medals this past year. He was gracious enough to sell us the Rescue Red before it hit the market.
