Hall Farms Weddings and Events — Attraction in Jacksonville

I extend the biggest thank you to our wedding venue - Hall Farms Weddings & Events!! I could not have chosen a better place to marry the love of my life. I found this venue through google search and booked a tour ASAP, when I saw how many future dates were already taken. Choosing a venue is one of the biggest commitments you make for your big day, and I have no regrets🤍 Upgrading our venue package to include decorating and coordinating was the best decision I could have made!! Kaylee at Hall Farms, along with ALL of the other staff I had a pleasure of communicating and working with, truly helped bring our entire day together! These people are so helpful, so kind, so accommodating, and were the glue to many parts of our day! Kaylee helped with fixing a button, provided her own personal clothes to a guest whose dress ripped, and she was even running around trying to find things for me as well - just to name a few things she took on as coordinator not to mention the countless texts, calls, and appointments to make sure things were perfect! Having the property for the entire weekend just really brought our whole wedding weekend together! It allowed our families and bridal party a place to lodge and celebrate us all weekend🫶🏼 Many venues you get for one day and have to close down at a certain time, but having the entire property for the weekend really allows you free range to create the timeline you dream of for your wedding! Having our lodging within walking distance was so helpful and allowed an easy transition for people to change and get comfy and join back in for the fun!! This flexibility and all inclusiveness was so important to me and is the reason why Hall Farms was the perfect fit for us! My wedding was held at Hall Farms Wedding and Events on May 31, 2025. Kendall and her team are incredible!! The packages offered can be as inclusive as you would like for them to be with prices that are so much more realistic and affordable compared to other venues in the area!! You get the venue and cabins for the entire weekend from Thursday to check out on Sunday morning! It really can be an all weekend affair. Kaylee, the on-site coordinator is someone you would want in your corner. Her attention to detail on the day of kept me from hearing about anything that was possibly going wrong on wedding day, so that I could be in the moment! She is a notary, bustled my dress, decorated the venue for day-of and shot candid moments of us! You get personalized meetings with Kaylee to discuss decorations and timelines, etc. The night of my wedding night, all that I heard from my guests is that “Wow, you guys have picked the most beautiful venue!!”. I would recommend Hall Farms to EVERYONE. The entire property is clean and updated! There was plenty of room for all of my wedding party & family to stay with us for the whole weekend. The team provided a bridal brunch & rehearsal dinner that was both beautifully decorated and had employees working both events! We even had a private dinner that food had been delivered by Kaylee & the girls for my husband and I to enjoy privately. My family is so impressed with this venue & we truly could not have imagined picking anyone else to host the biggest day of our lives! Every vendor was amazed with the venue & the employees. We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our special day!! It truly was our dream venue! My 2 biggest requirements for our venue when touring them, was that we had to 1. Be able to have the rehearsal dinner there, and 2. Be able to stay there Friday night, due to the size of our wedding party, to make the morning of the wedding that much easier for us. With the wedding package we selected, we were able to check both those things off our list, and we got some really cool added bonuses too! We absolutely loved being able to stay on the property from Thursday-Sunday. When we checked in on Thursday night, we had a private dinner, just the two of us, to kick off the weekend! The guys LOVED the grooms cabin; us girls loved the bridal house, and once the reception ended, we even had an "after party" in the backyard of the bridal house! We used the fire pit, sat around and reminisced on the day, and we got to hear stories from our loved ones and friends about things that happened throughout the day, that we didn't get to see, and got to hear all the funny moments that happened behind the scenes! We loved that there were multiple ceremony spots, and we are so happy that our ceremony was at The Cedars! The reception space couldn't have turned out better.
