Harbortown Marina — Attraction in Jacksonville

Harbortown is a lovely community of townhouses condos and apartments. However, I happen to live in Mira Vista building #2 on the harbor and there is a sailboat in slip #6 that every time it is windy the ropes CLANG loudly and it disturbs us if we sit on our lanai.
