My experience with Key West University has been nothing short of disappointing. The recent unilateral change in the payment method, coupled with the university's failure to send invoices in a timely manner, has created a logistical nightmare for students, especially those living abroad. Despite multiple attempts over two months to communicate and seek assistance on various matters, including payment and obtaining an official transcript, I have been met with complete silence from Key West University. The absence of any response and the refusal to provide an official transcript, even when requested through the university's representative in Russia, has left me questioning the institution's commitment to its students. It is disheartening to see such a lack of responsiveness and support, making me reconsider my decision to pursue an MBA at Key West University. It seems that this business is a fake university which charges students tuition without providing them with proper educational services or student support. Key West University is the place to be. The lecturers are friendly, and they support you toward achieving academic goals. Additionally, the courses are practical. As a professional in the banking industry, I always questioned myself on how to develop strategies for reducing unemployment rates in Africa and Ghana to be specific. Keeping in mind SDG Goal 8, decent work and economic growth, I kept looking for a School to equip me to be able to consult for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that are the engine of economic growth in South Sahara Africa.
