Nichols Park — Attraction in Jacksonville

It is relatively quiet but there is quite a bit of traffic but I've never seen anybody going fast. Since there's nothing in town to do the few kids in town that are not breaking windows and stealing they do go out there to stay away from everybody else but they've never hurt anybody. And one of the best parts is it does have a 18 hole Golf Course, and you can do some fishing we never had much luck but I have seen people pull fish out there. Absolutely Beautiful. Lots of trees for shaded lounging. Large park with splash park and pool (though we did not use). Road drives completely around lake. Many shelters and screened in areas for parties or get togethers. Large new and beautiful Gazebo type shelter for weddings. Fishing areas.
