Stockton Park — Attraction in Jacksonville

I visited " Stockton Park in Jacksonville Florida during the summer.. This wonderful place of Oceans Views, and Sail boats was a breath of fresh air.. They have fishing, for anyone who loves to fish. A Picnic area for families, and friends to share their fishing experience with. The ocean is surrounded by wonderful architecture to see all across the island and city of Jacksonville. And for those quite afternoons, with the smell of its ocean perfume. There picnic tables, and seat benches for two to take in all the scenery of the pack. Stockton Park has parking up close of the park. And it is always wheelchair accessiable . They have ramps for anyone whose disabled.. So the next time you are visiting, or just driving by in Jacksonville Florida. And you want to take in nature? Stockton Park is the place . To remind you how Beautiful it is to go to a park and have Wonderful Time.. Happy!...

Of course I love this park... It's half a block from my home with some of the largest vistas of the state's widest river... Great place to catch a sunrise, but beware... A lot of shady people frequent the area, with no shortage of shady transactions (especially in the summer months)... Despite being perhaps the most beautiful park in Jacksonville, the clientele serve to blemish it's reputation as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. Beautiful park right on the river. To go fishing either by yourself or with the family. Nice walk trail for the dogs. Do you have a water fountain for the dogs. They have a swing set and a lot of grass for the children. There is also a covered gazebo for a wedding if that's something you want to do I've seen a few weddings performed out there right on the river very beautiful scenery. Or any other event that you would like to do that's right on the river not a very large space but there is a seating...
