Spring Grove Park — Attraction in Jamestown Charter Township

This is my absolute favorite and most beautiful park/place I know! It's very special for my family: *My Nana's favorite park (lost her 26yrs ago) *My parents held their baby shower for me there 36yrs ago *My older brother was married there *I had my senior pics taken there *Was surprised w my promise ring there *Had family and my children's pictures taken there multiple times *And had the gender reveal for my 4th baby (a little girl) there this past weekend and will probably have my baby shower there in late summer It's super special for me and is my perfect little hidden gem! No matter how far I move away at different times, I also come back for anything special! It's so peaceful and beautiful and so full of my favorite memories! It's perfect...

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony here in September. The trellis is the perfect set up for ceremonies like this. Our guests were all blown away by how lovely the park was, and the parents appreciated having space for their kids to run and play so they didn't get too restless.

The park service was quick to respond to any questions I had, and they made sure to have representatives there to help us keep other people out of our part of the park during the ceremony. That was a HUGE help, because apparently it was homecoming weekend for some of the local schools, and there were tons of kids coming to the park to take pictures while we were there. As far as management and beauty, this park is top notch.

There is an absolutely gorgeous little stream bubbling from the natural spring (according to the park manager, no testing has been done to see if the water is safe to drink in terms of agriculture runoff, but if I hear different I'll update this review)

Otherwise the playground and picnic areas are pretty and there's a short trail near the back side...
