This fort is a pleasant and small fort that was the site of a short-lived US Army post to protect the area of Jamestown. Included on the hilltop site is a small museum, a few tents for historical re-enactments, and the largest American flag in North Dakota. If these things strike your fancy this is an enjoyable site to visit.
