Beautiful park with lots of great trails. Most of them are very wide, smooth, and easily accessible, though there are some steeper hills. The trails are all clearly marked with icons to make it easy to keep track of where you are. Trails go through a number of different types of ecology, including plains, marsh, and forests.

Love visiting this place! So many different natural sites. Great variety of trails, long and short. Prairie, forest, wetland and creek habitats! Their nature center offers a nice place to learn about the park. They have resources such as maps and a seasonal magazine to let you know what the park is offering in the upcoming season. They have animals for viewing, such as turtles, spiders and a cockroach (with a snake soon to come). There is a bird viewing area inside as well.
