Sandy Creek Park — Attraction in Jasper

We’ve stayed here a few times. It is very peaceful and the sites are well spread out. A variety of different ones along the lake and some nestled back in the woods. Has the basic water and electricity with no sewer only a common dump station. Busier on weekends although being such a large area, it’s still enjoyable. Used to be gated but no longer. We have also stayed at nearby state park and it has a few more things to do but...

Big army core of engineers with many small campgrounds around the lake. Enjoyed our site 67 some others closer to lake. Bathroom flush but basic. Close to state park but cheaper....
