A Hidden Gem of a Winery – Pure Magic in a Glass! From the moment we arrived, this winery felt like something out of a dream. Nestled among rolling hills and sun-drenched vineyards, the setting alone was worth the trip—but the wine? That’s where the magic truly began: Only organic Winery in Idaho. Each pour told a story—rich, complex, and bursting with character. Whether it was the bold, velvety red blend or the crisp, floral white, every sip was a celebration of craftsmanship. You can taste the passion in every bottle. The owner made the experience even better—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely excited to share her love of winemaking. They walked us through the history of the vineyard, explained the nuances of each varietal, and made us feel like part of their wine-loving family. My husband and I, paired our tasting with a small charcuterie board, featuring local cheeses and cured meats—absolutely perfect. The ambiance was relaxed yet elegant, with breathtaking views and a patio that begs you to sit, sip, and stay awhile. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or just looking for a memorable day trip, this winery is a must. I left with a few bottles (okay, maybe more than a few) and a heart full of joy. Can’t wait...

We visit Buhl, Idaho 1-2 times a year to see my husband’s family, and a friend recently recommended we check out this local winery. OMG, what an amazing experience!

“Little Natalie” took care of us and she was super attentive and knowledgeable. We opted for two different wine flights, and it was the best decision—we got to taste a wide variety of wines. Plus, the flights come with a souvenir wine glass to take home!

As a red wine enthusiast, I was blown away by their white wines: 100% Viognier and 100% Pinot Gris. I ended up buying two bottles! I also really enjoyed their reds: the Oktopus Syrah and 100% Malbec.

We paired our wine with a charcuterie board featuring Gouda and Garlic Chive Cheddar. The Gouda was our favorite, and the board had an impressive presentation with mixed nuts, chocolate covered almonds, crackers, dried fruit, olives, and salami.

Having visited Napa, Sonoma, and Temecula multiple times, I can confidently say this place surpasses some of the wineries I’ve been to. Loved the atmosphere and hospitality. We can’t wait to come back on...

Wow! Natalie (short Natalie) and JH winery do it right. Im not a whino, and this was my first time to a vineyard. But with that said, I know what great service is. Natalie went above and beyond to make our experience GREAT and Memorable! My friend and I visited JH on the 4th Saturday in October. It was a quiet but beautiful afternoon in Buhl, ID. We opted for 2 flights for tasting, 1 red and 1 white. We also ordered a cheese and crackers tray.

Natalie made us feel special by explaining each wine that was served. She also gave great back stories or tidbits of info for each.

The spread of snacks and "fats" that were served on the cheese tray were all amazing and added so much to the experience.

And to top it all off the grounds were so peaceful, well kept, and serene. It made this experience hard to beat.

If you are an experienced whine-o or or newby, GO TO Holesinsky! You...

The wine here is DELICIOUS! My boyfriend and I wanted to visit a winery and this one said closed until Friday. Even though it was a Wednesday we gave them a call anyways and were so sweet to accommodate for us! Their wine tasting allows you to try a lot of their wines and we loved learning about how the owner likes to get creative creating new wines that we've never even heard of or tried before! I love that they sell bags of wine too. 1.5 liters. Their Oktupus Red Blend is soo tasty! BONUS!!! I made friends with their very sweet duck who let me pet him and they have a super sweet golden retriever!
