Wanted to hike out to the furthest point to view the lighthouse, but the gate to the path was locked up. This was in June, so it couldn't be off season. I was able to get photos from further away, but not the close ups that I wanted.

Fishing was slow all morning, until we got in front of the lighthouse just before noon. Got our first Atlantic Salmon and Lake Trout one right after the other. Beautiful day on the water,

Wanted to hike out to the furthest point to view the lighthouse, but the gate to the path was locked up. This was in June, so it couldn't be off season. I was able to get photos from further away, but not the close ups that I wanted.

You can't get to it by car anymore, the government owns the property now due to destruction of wildlife.

You can still see it by boat, but I don't know of any nearby docks or a safe place to leave your car and put your boat in the water.

So for now one star if I find a way to get a boat out there I will...
