Oh my goodness. Birthday party was a hit! We all had so much fun. Thank you! The guided hike was super fun AND educational. What a treasure right in the middle of JC. Your property is breathtakingly beautiful!
Ms. Caitlyn did a magnificent job with our party! She's so good with these kids and literally made it all happen. We couldn't have asked for more. She's a customer service queen and went above and beyond, always asking how she could help and what she could do. Mr. Russell was so cool and we loved getting to learn all about him. He did a very good job! D was over the moon about her surprise visit with Winnie!!!! What a moment! We literally cried. What a sweet one she is.
Megan, as always, you kept everything in order and organized. I never have to doubt if you will recall all the details and execute the plan. You are on top of it all always!! Absolutely top notch! You are an absolute dream and one of the main reasons I continue to book our events with Autrey Mill. I continue to spread the word and hope some of the folks are making it over your way!
Thanks for all you all do! We are so grateful for your programming. You are a cherished piece of this kiddo's childhood experience. Thank you for being stewards to the animals and land in...
Read moreBeautiful park with lots to do for people of all ages, wish I took pictures to post. They have a visitor center with a gorgeous fish tank featuring fish that were caught locally in Johns Creek, a large tortoise with an indoor/outdoor enclosure, goats, chickens, and bunnies in a butterfly garden, and a reptile room/farm museum with lots of cool animals. The people that work here are very well informed, and love to sit and talk with visitors about all things nature and history related. We had the joy of meeting with their fish specialist and he was able to answer questions about local fishes that I never even thought I'd get an answer on. On top of that, they host lots of events for children, school field trips, and even some cool adult events like the upcoming Halloween gala. All of this is wonderful, but they also have several preserved historical buildings, and several miles of hiking trails with bridges, an abandoned blocked up gold mine, and beautiful small waterfalls and rocks scattered throughout. An amazing park, especially...
Read moreReally beautiful and quaint place to get out into nature on some wonderful hiking trails. This was a great Sunday afternoon experience. We decided to go for a walk and we were greeted with a large amount of free parking. There were loads of things to see including animals like bunnies, chickens, goats and white geese. There was a visitor center which details the 46 acre facility. There are loads of walking trail paths through the forest. I can be easy to get lost but all the trails connect eventually so it's not too confusing. Take some dirty shoes on wet days as some paths a flooded out. We really enjoyed crossing the river on the rocks. The bathrooms here were also really beautiful. Lots of modern tile work and clean stalls. Working sinks, dryers, and water fountains. Overall kids would love this place. Its a lot of exploration including the butterfly...
