This is a gem of a gem just waiting to be enjoyed. There is a pool. I don’t know the details of the pool. There is a lot of parking, about 2 dozen or more picnic tables, access to the creek for swimming and fishing, though no signs indications swimming restriction or whether it is permissible. Lovely! Hidden! Needing appreciation! Come on out. The roads are quite winding and scenic. Please take your time getting here and enjoy the beautiful Pennsylvania woodland. The roads are safe but caution is required because of the geography.

This is a small park with a pool, which is nice. There's also a recreation area with volleyball, basketball and kid's playground. There's over 150 picnic tables, and some are right along the water. There is no boat ramp, but you can boat at nearby Elk State Park. The Bendigo Snow Fest is a special event in February. For events at this park visit: events dcnr pa For more information: pa parks and forests (diamond)

Bendigo state Park was lovely. They have a pool that runs from 3 ft deep to 5ft deep for the big Kids and a baby pool for the little ones. There are lifeguards on duty. They have plenty of picnic areas and pavilions. There is a very nice playground and a small steam or creek that runs through the park. I highly recommend this place.

We decided today to go see someplace new to us. So we we nt down to Bendigo State Park. Near Wilcox. What a nice little park. They gave several picnic choices basketball courts and volleyball and a nice big play ground. But the best part was the swimming pools. It was so family oriented. There were people of all ages enjoying them selves. And the other swimmer were very good about not trying to take over the whole area. The lifeguards were out of this world. They were very vigilant and watched what was going on but still had time to be friendly. If your looking for a place to go not far from home you...
