My husband and I recently visited Golden Road Vineyards this summer while on a road trip of North Carolina. We stayed a couple of nights at the owner’s main house and were treated like members of the family! Their hospitality was above and beyond. They gave us a tour of their beautiful property and the views of the vineyard and mountains were spectacular. We were also treated to many wonderful home cooked meals made on their green egg. Not my fave, but it was an acceptable vessel to provide that glorious wine, so workable. Not much to critique, huh. Go there. The staff is wonderful, they are fully dog-friendly, and the view on the drive out...
