Our Lavender Co. — Attraction in Julesburg

We loved the location and the welcoming family at the farm. We spent the night there as part of the Harvest Hosts program. It was a short drive on well maintained gravel roads from Hwy 80. The homestead is situated on a large corn farm with the lavender to the east and west of the farm house. The lavender shop was fantastic and well curated with a variety of high quality items. We left with a lot of gifts for family back home. Peggy greeted us with a big smile and was a real treat from start to finish. Her husband and grandkids gave the farm an extra bolt of energy. We parked on the level graveled area to the west of the farm house. It was quiet and scenic. We were lucky enough to experience a strong thunderstorm move through from the east with strong winds, rain, and hail (small hail, whew!). What a wonderful family farm! We stayed here as Harvest Hosts guests and had a great experience. The owners are absolutely lovely people that took time to tell us their family’s story and explain how they harvest and process their lavender. Their storefront was fantastic with a wide variety of beautifully packaged products. We had a peaceful night and enjoyed a breakfast of the best cinnamon rolls of our my life. 10/10 recommend this has a Harvest Host site and as a wonderful place to purchase lavender products. My partner and I stopped in on our way to Omaha. It was a special little treat of a side stop and I am really glad that we did. Stephanie greeted us and was a breath of fresh air. We purchased several products and enjoyed hearing about the company, its upstart, the products and the family!
