This is a very safe and clean park- been here several times now- it’s more of a soccer location than anything so if you’re coming here be sure to bring your soccer cleats + turf cleats. They have turf and regular grass. In the evenings they got team league games going as well as some kids team practices and the lights are always on where the games or practices are being played at. Restrooms are also clean- the kids playground area is in good condition- no food vendors of any kind around -no soda machines either so be sure to bring your food and drinks (oh, no alcoholic beverages allowed). I’ve seen a Custodian or Park Assistant always available and always cleaning making sure things are in order. Some of the food table and benches have a grill adjacent for you to make carne asada!!! There’s a walking train all around the fields so you can run or walk- all while inside the park. Definitely worth coming by and getting the...

The soccer fields and scenery are great. Very clean place and trash cans literally everywhere. They have little gazebos scattered throughout the place and a small playground for the kids to play. There's even a small water park right across the street for the kids during those hot days in the summer. If you happen to accidentally leave your empty plastic water bottles or aluminum cans lying on the grass or next to the trash can, don't worry, the locals will come right by and collect them for their recycling (they don't bother anyone though). If you're looking for a park to have a personal couples date, I wouldn't suggest this one, being that it mostly attracts soccer players and their families but they do still have grills and lots of trees throughout, giving this place plenty of shade and places to eat. Overall, this is a great place for soccer teams, kids and families of all ages and...

We went here to attend the VW Black Star Campout. The entire park was nice and kept clean. The park rangers are friendly and helpful. The restrooms/showers are cleaned all the time. The lake is nice, but they only allow fishing. No kayaks, rafts or swimming is allowed. We stayed in an RV spot with full hookups. We had no issues at all with their hookups. We enjoyed having a/c and water. It was pretty warm out, mid 90's. If you're planning on staying here in the Summer, try to pick out a spot with good tree shade. There are plenty of them around, some better than others. You want one that will give you some shade mid afternoon. It's a great park, with plenty of places around if you forget something and need to buy it. The park store has several items as well. They also have some food,...

This park was very nice and had fields for every age needed. Fields were beautiful and had plenty of room to get around without disturbing any parents watching their kids play. Parking is spacious but for tournaments it still needs more room. Not a big deal since any park has trouble taking on such a big event. Port-o-Lets around the park helped with the restroom situation but they need much bigger restrooms since the lines were so huge for the women even with them taking over 2 of the 3 restrooms available in the middle of the park like they owned the place.
