This was a one of a kind first time adventure here at Tigers world! They have so many different types of animals here, including rare and unique sightings never seen before.
The prices are very well rounded and most certainly worth it. Tickets here are cheaper than any other zoo I've been to, and the additional ticket prices for such as feeding the lions/tigers or going in a cage with an animal from the racoon family breed are pretty fairly ranged and worth a try for extra experience.
The size of the park is fairly big but also a bit smaller than expected, although they fit everything so perfectly in here, and it feels like you get to see tons of cool stuff going on!
The workers are all very fast on their feet and are always up to answer questions for people and talk about the animals to newcomers visiting. They have lots of cool animal knowledge to go on for days!
I got to experience close encounters with all the animals and especially the big and medium tortoise that walked around in their little middle section. I got to pet its shell. I even got to hold a frog we found around the area hopping around. 😊
Most animals were knocked out alseep or hiding under the shade on the day we came as it was hot outside, so I'd recommend coming on a cooler day and definitely before they are fed so that they are awake in view interacting with the viewers more.
There are tons of wild turkeys and peacocks of all sizes that fly around freely at their will and constantly make loud funny noises. They were super beautiful, especially the white one, and they will most definitely fly at you if they feel like it, so keep your range unless they are just passing by saying hello to you on the pathway. 🤣
They have a cute little gift shop when you come in where you also buy the tickets to get in at. Everything is fairly priced, especially the drinks. They also have nice AC running on hot days if you want to just hang out in there for a bit to relax before going back out to explore more.
I love how they even have a huge cage at the entrance full of parakeets that are just minding their own business looking very peaceful. ❤️
I'd definitely come again! And the atmosphere feels strange being said, it's a hit and miss spot that you don't know about unless told or invited over but, once you experience this place you feel at home, and like you've gained a once in a lifetime experience, never...

Read moreI’ve never seen a more backwoods run so-called "sanctuary" in my life. Animals that should be in groups caged alone, owls with no space to fly, tigers and lions with no ability to escape the scorching heat except under wooden "stages" and the metal tins placed nowhere near any shade or someplace cool. Tins less than 1/4 filled with water. Some cages had no water in sight. Their staff consisted of what appeared to be neighborhood residents considering their “sanctuary” looked like it was in the middle of a trailer park, rather than anyone donning any identification badge with their name and credentials. "Staff" that replied to our concerns of injured animals with "we don’t care for the ducks, like we do the other animals" as she walked away. They advertise handicap accessibility but wheelchairs aren’t able to access many of the exhibits. We came across a family stating they couldn’t get to see much of them due to their wheelchair and most of the trails are uneven terrain from rain water and tree roots. They want to expand to bring in giraffes and other victims. We love seeing happy animals. We didn’t see much of that when we visited. Anyone leaving this animal prison with anything less than tear filled eyes and heavy hearts are ignorant and are no better than the ones who run this tiger "sanctuary". No escape from the blazing sun and scorching heat is cruel. All of the animals we saw looked miserable. My heart breaks for them. I won’t stop doing what I can to get these animals the...
