The Commemorative Air Force Museum and hangar is a fun family friendly place to visit. Visit on 1st Saturdays "Open Hangar Day" and there are vintage airplanes, Jeep rides, lots of kid's activities, face painting, WWII Museum, and FREE lunch. It's a great place to spend a Saturday afternoon!

CAF is an awesome experience. We have visited the Open Hangar Days three times this summer and recommended to all our friends. I am so thankful to have this experience so close to us.

The historical artifacts they have on display are very interesting. It is important to remember the people who built and flew these aircraft especially since BOTH are almost gone.

Awesome place. During the summer, they have a open hanger event the first Saturday of each month that is fun. They have a few old planes. Stuff for kids to do such as toys to play with, face painting, Jeep rides. Small plane simulators. Serve food as well. All of it is free, but they could...

Very very friendly atmosphere. Saw the B29 named Doc. Toured other planes while there. Had a great time. The staff said they have open hanger days once a month. They offer open cockpit flights in their Stermin bi-plane. Next time I am there I am going to...
