This is one of those places that once you've been, you don't soon forget. Off the beaten path but well used by locals and KSU students, it offers walking/mountain bike trails, shallow wading at the crossing with deeper water just up stream for canoeing or kayaking. Reasonably clean for the level of maintenance compared to the level of use. Great place to take the kids on a hot day to romp in the shallows or to take a renewing nature walk to get your mind right. During rainy periods, the use is limited due to high water, so keep that in mind. Spring of 2020 was especially wet. But if you're ever looking for something to do I strongly urge u to visit here..... You and or your family and friends can enjoy playing in the water, rafting or canoeing, hiking trails, swimming or even bring ur dog out to play(but please ensure ur pet is friendly for other visitors...
