Hanapepe Valley Lookout — Attraction in Kauai

The views from the lookout is very nice and scenic. We can see the beautiful canyon with red cliffs from here. However, while we were taking pictures by our car at this lookout, a thief stole my backpack and my friend's clothing (inside the car). Luckily the thief threw my backpack on the side of the road after taking all the cash. And a local police officer managed to contact us when some local people turned in the backpack. Beautiful views of the Hanapepe Valley. Just a small area off the side of the road for stopping and viewing. There really isn’t anywhere to walk to, just a quick stop and step out of the car to the railing and take in the natural beauty.
