We came here for the first time on valentines day with our 7 year old. Wasn't too busy until about 2. After playing tons of games we decided to bowl. 10 minutes into our game our ball got stuck. I pushed the button for help, waited 5 and no one ever came. Went up to the shoe counter and told the lady working and she said she'd be right over. After 15 min of waiting my husband decided to keep bowling to see what would happen. He ended up knocking it loose and we continued our game. At the 45 min mark on our game is when someone finally showed up. Had we waited I doubt they would have added minutes to our game. We were irritated and ended up leaving after that. Other than needing more than 1 person working the bowling area, it was a good time.
Today 6/12/21we had a party booked. It was un organized, we sat for 30 minutes at our 1hr table with no entertainment like we were asked, pizza took a long time to make. When it came to doing the cake (which we brought) it was a hassle to get the stuff. When the girl finally brought the stuff out (knife, plates & forks) she asked if we were ready. I explained my husband ran some presents to the car real quick and he'd be right back. She said she'd be back with the knife as if she didn't trust me with it... he came back and we sat and sat. I finally had enough and went up to the party counter. I asked the young man if I could get the knife for the cake and he said my lady would be out in 10 minutes with it... there was sooo much wasted time sitting around waiting. After cake we were eating and they told us they had another party and they needed to clean up. Everything took so long 3 of our guest had to leave before our passes even started. They agreed to take off the 3 extra passes.. After all that the lady brings me out my receipt to cash out and said to look it over and make sure all is good. When I booked 2 months ago the price said $23 and I was very happy with the price which is why we booked. My receipt was $30 a person × 13... I ended up luckily finding my screen shot I sent to my husband the day I booked or I would have been screwed. I show the girl that I booked thinking this amount per person when I booked. She said sorry that the prices went up and Saturday prices were $2 more than during the week. After getting a manager involved and all the employees irritated I ended up paying $25 a person. Better than the $30 but not cool that I was still charged different than what I was told and "booked". After all that we went on our way to do the fun stuff and I won one of the rolls of tickets and it got stuck. Talked to a worker who took me to the counter to get the points added to my card she paged someone. As we're standing there 2 male, younger employees working the ticket & food counter was fighting, pushing and getting mouthy with eachother. Although, for the most part it was a good time this place is being run by children & young adults. There was no older, experienced operators and or managers around that could really control and manage certain situations. These kids need structure and guidance on how to run a great business. Without guidance and mentors all you have is a bunch of kids/young adults there to clock the hrs! Disappointed with our party and won't waste our time doing that again.

Read moreWell, I debated on writing this review because a few employees really tried to help, but we had an absolutely awful time our first trip here. We planned our child's birthday party here. We arrived early and were told to wait at a counter to check in, after waiting for a half hour with no employee willing to help us (they were everywhere-just walked on by) we finally just walked back to our party table. The other parties that started on time (at the same times ours was suppose to) were already well underway, their guests had pizza and drinks and were singing Happy birthday. Well here we are with children, its a half hour past the time our party was suppose to start (we'd been there for an hour by this time) and we haven't even been checked in or greeted. We had hungry anxious children and the staff could have cared less. We finally get our food and eat and do the birthday thing and the kids finally get to go play- this is a hour and a half after our parties start time. So they get the cards and the cards don't work, they glitch at most games and don't tell you the balance unless you go to a kiosk, ok whatever... THEN we go to get wristbands for one of their attractions (which were paid for with the party package) and the manager tells us NO, the attraction is NOT included and if we want to do an attraction then the child has to exchange the money on the card for an attraction pass. GREAT, SO GLAD MY 4 YEAR OLD HEARD THAT! So we again have frustrated children. Oh but wait, another employee says that is not true and we CAN get a pass, and then laughs about how that manager is always confused. Guess what, the parent who's child was just told cannot go to kiddie cove doesn't find the humor in this! So how could our visit get any worse you ask? My 4 year old wanted a drink of water, of course our party room and unlimited drinks were hours ago so we head over to the drinking fountain WHICH IS OUT OF ORDER (both of them!). So we wait in line to get a drink of water- only to be told that I HAVE TO PURCHASE A BOTTLE OF WATER FOR 2$. Yes, they wouldn't give my kid a drink of water. This was not during busy season, it is January- there were more employees than guests there. This was THE worst experience our family has ever had at any public business. I am just aghast at how a business can treat their customers this way. The lack of management in this place is obvious. We will never return. They made our whole party feel like we were not a priority- it was heartbreaking watching three other parties go perfectly while my child had to sit on the sidelines and watch- half of our guests left before we even got our...
