Kearney Nebraska? Until this morning I had never even heard of this place. But this is one of the few dog parks that young lady didn't want to leave? So that probably says more about the dog bark than anything. There is a nice entry gate through a concrete area although the gate with the handle isn't the actual gate you use? And then once inside there is a nice concrete walk path all the way to a covered structure that has a few picnic tables underneath it. There is also a water feature right there than has fountains for the people and for the dogs!! The small dog park with the exception of the shade structure is pretty much a duplicate of the big dog park except smaller. There are multiple places to sit around the park and there are a few agility items, although it does appear that here again they were able to tear down all the trees to make room for the dogs and a few little saplings they wanted to plant? But the park is big and has plenty of room to run, all the dogs and the people seem overly friendly and nice, and it would be well worth your time to drive off the freeway and bring your little rascal here!!

Perfect stop for our doggos on the road trip west. We were surprised not to catch any of the bad storm traveling east. Sun was setting but there were plenty of dogs out there to play with! People pick up after their animals, plenty of space, and all dogs were sociable ❤️

Great park with lots of space to run and obstacles to play on. There’s a shaded picnic area for humans and a smaller area for little dogs. Watch where you step and take some extra bags to pick up the poop the lazy and irresponsible dog owners failed to.

Tucker and Zoey love going to the dog park but we also enjoy it just as much...It's has been fun watching all the different sizes and breeds..young and old pooches interact with each other and play. We always have fun meeting the owners and laughing together at some of the stuff we are seeing as they play. Nice sized area and it also has a desperate area for smaller dogs. If we feel like getting some exercise or want to enjoy the beutiful weather and view we bypass the enclosed area and go to the paths cut out over the area. ...and walk ourselves as our pooches get to run along and hunt and sniff all around the grassy areas... Location is perfect and on the West end of...

This is a great park that! They have a working hydrant(Only turned on in the typically hot months) for water. Bring your own bowl. The park consists of two areas, one of small dogs, and one for large with an acclamation area when you first enter to take your dog(s) off lease. Both sides have agility equipment appropriate for your size of dog(s), as well as benches for you to sit and relax while your pet plays. The large dog area also has a covered area with picnic benches. The large dog area also has a couple of large evergreens. Most of the other trees are small young...
