Zenith Vineyard — Attraction in Keizer

We had our wedding on July 10th at Zenith Vineyard and it was truly the most magical day of my life. The venue is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset!

We had a great experience with Dana touring the venue and so we decided to hire her as our day of coordinator and I am so glad that we did. Throughout the whole process Dana was so helpful and quick to answer all of my questions.

The majority of our guests were from out of town so it was important to us to find a venue with a bit of lodging on site or close by. We rented the bungalows and the estate house on the property and hosted our wedding party there. It was incredible! Being able to stay on site eliminated so much stress and made everything so easy.

We arrived to the properties the day before the wedding and from the moment we arrived Dana greeted us and asked what we needed help with.

We had the rehearsal later that day and Dana was so accommodating even though some of our wedding party was late. She stayed longer to help us make sure we felt comfortable with the flow of the ceremony and answer any questions. She even offered to get to the venue early the next day to make sure our florals arrived at a time that worked best for us.

The day of went perfectly, Dana and her helper handled everything for us and truly made our vision come to life. Our friends and family had nothing but amazing things to say about her and how she coordinated the day.

Please be sure to READ THE CONTRACT before you make any down payments to reserve your event at Zenith Vineyard.

According to the Zenith contract the Facility rental fee is $3500 plus a $500 security deposit, Half is required to book and reserve or $1750 for your time slot. If you cancel “Six to twelve months before the event: 50% of the Facilities Rental Fee” Half of $3500 is $1750, so you will lose ALL your $1750 deposit. Even if you change your mind or something comes up out of your control like COVID and you have to cancel, you will lose ALL of your deposit, even if it is the next day after you make your reservation.

According to the Zenith contract Catering: You are required to only use one of their approved caterers and “Catering minimums of $39 per person, plus gratuity”

According to the Zenith contract Wine: “A minimum $12 of wine must be purchased from ZENITH VINEYARD for each guest based on the number actually attending your event, as determined by your catering order. whichever is greater. We know that some of your guests will not be wine consumers or will be underage and we have factored that into our requirement of $12 of wine per guest” So even if you have children or non-drinkers you will still be charged $12 per person.

All of the above is in the contract plus many, many other fees and expenses. So if money is no object to you, you will have nothing to worry about booking your event at...

My husband and I had our wedding at Zenith Vineyards in late June (2024) and it was absolutely perfect. Zenith is beyond beautiful, their wines are fantastic, and their team is so on top of everything!

As part of our contract with the venue we decided to add on their wedding planning services provided by their Hospitality Manager Dana Blunck. Dana was a joy to work with. She made everything so simple and low stress. All the vendors she recommended ended up being great. On the day of Dana was so incredibly well prepared that we were blown away. Not only was everything so well taken care of that there was nothing for us to do or worry about, but Dana had thought ahead and prepped for so many small things we never would have thought of. We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with her.

We also decided to rent several of the houses they have on the vineyard for family members, and they all worked out great. The Zenith Vineyard Estate house was particularly great.

We looked at most of the venues in the Willamette Valley before we ended up deciding on Zenith, and we are so incredibly glad we ended up going with Zenith. They are a real gem!
