Gallery's Choice — Attraction in Kendall Township

Took 3 adults and 3 kids (5-10yrs) old for a fused glass workshop that I had given everyone as a Christmas gift. Bill and Rose did an exceptional job explaining technique, safety, art and the science of melting glass! They had a room ready for us when we arrived and offered help whenever we needed it, but left us alone most of the time to create our masterpieces. Four of the participants had never before attempted this art form, but we learned quickly with some advice from Rose and Bill. They are as friendly, professional and accommodating as can be. Every one of us agreed that this experience was more fun, more interesting and definitely more "cool" than we anticipated, and much of the credit due goes to Rose and Bill of Gallery's Choice. Gallery's Choice Art and Stained Glass is a wonderful place where I have great learning experience in oil-painting classes because of Ms. Rose – the art teacher at gallery choice. Coming at Gallery for almost two years has completely transformed me and also at my job too! Believe me. Art is an excellent medium to express and when you have healthy environment with good colleagues together with an experienced teacher like Ms. Rose it does make a big difference. The owner, Rose, opened especially for our group on a Sunday. The fused glass craft projects were beautifully modified for our Synagogue Women's Sisterhood. We were able to choose from making a metzuah cover, broach, earrings, and a pendant. We were warmly welcomed, the safety instructions were clear & easy to follow, and we had a great variety of glass. Our fused pieces will be ready in 2-3 days. Call ahead for classes in painting, stained glass, and fused glass. Homemade gift shop with nice selections in the front of the store.
