Our family had an amazing time at Bear Wallow yesterday! I purchased pre-sale tickets during their flash sale and was thoroughly impressed with the upgrades completed since we were last there in 2022.
For just the admission price, there are SO many activities for the entire family. We did purchase food for the petting barn ($2/bag), Apple cannons (4 apples/$6), paintball area ($20 for a large cup), and gem mining ($6 per bag). All of these are totally optional and there are tons of options for just play to keep the kiddos busy.
We enjoyed the hayride and especially like the option to purchase drinks at the corn maze and pumpkin patch area.
There are tons of photo opportunities throughout the entire farm.
I did not personally purchase any food or drinks while at the farm, but others in my party did and were pleased with the quality and price.
The new slide beside the Barrel train was definitely a hit with my children. Of course, we enjoyed many of the OG attractions including the pedal cars, slides, hay ride, barrel train, swings, and roly polys.
We love Bear Wallow. The staff we encountered were all very nice and accommodating. Weβll...
Β Β Β Read moreNo WiFi, prices are high for both admission and for concessions, no way to rinse souvenir cups (bathroom says for hands only, the deserts are very sticky and thickly coated with marshmallow cream so no way to clean them), only animals were pigs, one cow, and goats, pumpkin patch for picking was pretty bare, lines the entire time for the one bathroom (unless you want to use a port a potty in which youβd have to go to restroom facility still to wash your hands), need more workers working concessions the wait was around 30-40 minutes, no shaded seating unless you reserve it too, which is ridiculous. Lots of photo ops which was nice, a lot of the fun things has an up-charge price like the paintball and pumpkin cannon, and to feed the animals which was a waste because they had already been fed by everyone else lol, the bubble thing last year was cool but wasnβt there this year. Didnβt like not being able to receive texts and calls because I had no service, they need guest WiFi. But it is a...
Β Β Β Read moreI visited Bear Wallows Farms on Sunday, October 28, and unfortunately had a very bad experience. While at the petting zoo, I was injured by one of their cows, which resulted in a fractured wrist. The cow was acting aggressively, and my husband had to warn nearby children who were reaching their hands through the fence β something staff should have been monitoring closely. Staff were very hard to find when the incident happened. I had to walk all the way to the ticket booth to report the injury, and even then, the response was indifferent and lacked concern. Another injured visitor also had to walk to the booth herself just to ask for a bandaid for torn skin from trying to feed the cow. Following the visit, my husband has reached out through email and Instagram, but we have not received any response. Overall, the lack of supervision, safety measures, and communication is concerning. I hope the farm takes this feedback seriously to ensure better safety for...
