Incredible fun! Staff was very friendly and super helpful! (They were out of maps but set up my phone to accept blue tooth transfer of the map) the map is easy to read, trails marked with numbers but it would be nice to see arrow signs to the various numbered areas. You cannot tell which way to go if you want to get to a certain number. Of course, a compass on your atv would help, but many of us dont have a compass on board. I loved the trails, great views and courteous other riders. They offer night time trail rides and I want to go back and do that one day. The cost is high, $15 per person a day, no matter what time you get there and regardless if you are sharing a ride. $30 a day, for one atv with two people arriving at 4 PM is rather high. Regardless, knowing that in advance is hopefully helpful for someone and it really is a great place. This place is under 30 miles to my house, but if I was located between Turkey bay, land between the lakes or blue holler, I would choose Turkey bay for $15 a day for two people on one atv with the amazing trails Turkey bay has. Blue holler is good for a change though.

Thank you so much to Blue Holler Off-Road Park!! We had a phenomenal day!! You all live in paradise and you helped us navigate it and see some of its amazing wonders. We were honestly ready to throw in the towel when your crew rescued us, fixing our flat tires. We were lost and had barely entered the park which had taken us an hour to even get that far. We realized we were in over our heads and were gearing up to cut our losses and call it a day. Then you all came to our aide in a moment’s notice! We were blown away by your kindness and chivalry! Then you all went above and beyond our wildest dreams offering to escort us to the best sites. We’d never have found Sand Cave, 1K, Blue Hole or Look-out Point! We’d never have ventured down into Blue Hole on our own. Then taking my mom up 1k and Walking my mother-in-law through how to navigate that deep rut … it felt like a million dollar experience and we had won the lottery! Thank you, thank you to all your wonderful staff who made our family girls trip a most memorable one!!

We were there yesterday and had a great time. There were a few impassable trails from recent trees that went down and erosion on a couple of others, but the views were breathtaking. Overall, the trails are well maintained for a Wrangler to be able to go down and anything smaller. The only thing I was disappointed in, which isn't a direct fault of BHOP, is the amount of beer cans lay across the property. I was always taught when you use the land, love the land. Being able to offroad in a park like this is a privilege that shouldn't be destroyed in litter. A small suggestion would be to have a way to reduce the entry fee for bringing back cans up to a certain amount. 10 cents a can, up to $5 would still get $10 for the park, but collect 50 cans from the property.

This is a place to ride. I read the reviews. We thought let's go. Well it's rough and I mean rough. We payed $30.00 to ride. Then we asked for a map. I was charged $5.00 for a laminated printed map that was basically worthless. The trails are just barely and sporadically marked. The reviews say " we rode all day and never rode the same trail twice." How would you know. The trails aren't marked. And you get lost. There is also a difference between riding at 10mph and 2 mph. At 2 mph you can't travel very far. The 1 bathroom was horrible. If you have to and I mean absolutely have to use to, it will work. I've seen bathrooms in a run down gas stations look better. And this was at 8 am. I will also mention, there is only 1 bathroom with 3 or 4 stalls. And the door to the bathroom was blocked open. I stood outside the door whe my wife used it. The parking area, was a bit over grown. The weeds where about 2 feet high. They could bushhog at least 1 or 2 times a month. Trail maintenance is lacking. As I said it was bumpy. I have a Can-Am Commander 1000XT. I understand it's not a "sport" model. It handled the trails we rode on Ok. But there were several trails we did not go on. The safety aspect is NON-EXISTENT. Since the trails are NOT WELL MARKED and the "MAIN TRAILS" ARE NOT WELL MARKED OR MAINTAIN, if you were to have a emergency, you will be out of luck. There is no cell service anywhere we could find. So in closing, if you have a camper and can haul you vehicle at the same time, that is what you should do. Also you probably should not ride here alone. Bring a buddy or 2. This place requires at least 1 spare tire. 2 if you have them. Equipment and tools needed for changing tires AND light maintenance. Air compressor and plugs. And there area few pretty areas here. Would I go back? Maybe. But it would not be my first choice. And maybe I am spoiled by Turkey Bay in Land...

If you have a loaded out buggy or decked out SxS, and like danger disregard this.....

I read online it was a great place for all skill levels and it was $20 a person. I called to ask some questions, no answer. Sent an email, no answer. Called again, no answer. Sent a Facebook message, no answer. Called again, no answer. That should have cemented us not going. I really wanted to take the kids with their new atvs and see the sand cave. We get there and there is a race happening that day. It was $40 a person! The trail in (massive decent on rocks) is no "all skill levels" friendly. We couldn't even get to the sand cave because the road was so rough and not maintained. The trails aren't marked worth a crap. No cell service and no maps. We got lost trying to get out. My kids atvs couldn't even get back out the only way up the dang mountain. Luckily we ran into some heroes that pulled us up to the top. I would rather try to shove a wet noodle up a Bobcats butt, locked in a phone booth before I ever even drive past that place again. I have never felt that level of stress and despair in my adult life as I did at this place. If you got kids, stay away. If you have regular equipment like atvs, stay away. If you like regular enjoyable trail riding, stay away. If you enjoy quality family outings in nature, stay away. My oldest boy said he will tell his grandkids to never go there and to stay away. Your mileage may vary. If you got a full custom buggy and like doing sketchy stuff you...

Ok I never leave reviews but felt I needed to with this place. We had big plans to go there and cancelled because of the reviews we read, ended up going to interlake and riding and after being there for 2 hours and seeing the whole trail system we decided to pack up and travel down here anyway this weekend 10/4/25 and had an amazing time. We made a huge mistake by altering the original plans. Don’t trust the negative reviews about how “rough it is” and” couldn’t make it to the trail system because of all the rocks”, and “was completely overgrown and couldn’t even camp” Karen’s reviews . We were on a manual yxz with 28” tires and went everywhere (didn’t get Stuck one time), we ran across stock 4 door jeeps, stock 4 seater Polaris with 29” tires, stock cfmoto z force and even a 900 rzr with 27” tires. Yes there are some extremely technical areas however everyone of them had a path around that area, just have to look and if that area wasn’t for you just turn around and take another path. Everyone we met in the trails and at the attractions (cliffs, hole, overlook etc….) was super awesome and willing to just sit and shoot the breeze. Yes there are some idiots that leave cans around but there were tons of people out there cleaning. If you want to ride gravel roads, no this isn’t the place( go to interlake) but if you want to ride and have fun, beautiful scenery and some medium technical trails this with amazing people who share the same interest as you do than place...
