Dewey Lake — Attraction in Kentucky

Dewey lake is a state lake with alot to offer... downstream area, has a park, with wheelchair accessible bathrooms, picnic tables, basketball, shuffle board, volleyball, tennis court, n baseball courts...... 🐟 in also available.....lots of available parking.....shelters, which can also be reserved for family reunion, get togethers, and birthday parties..... around the lake, we have bike trails, boat ramps for boats to put in the lake, camp grounds, and a marina where you can rent pontoons, canoes, n kayaks.... 🐟 ing galore .....camping in spots on the other side of lake ..and a community swimming pool with a golf course which is called stone Crest on the top of the mountain.....great place for family, kids n friends ......THEY ALSO HAVE CABINS FOR RENT, MAY LODGE, WHICH HAS A RESTAURANT N HOTEL ......SO COME ON AND ENJOY THE FUN AND BEAUTY OF NATURE AT THE JENNY WILEY STATE RESORT LAKE .......they also have horse shoe pits in the park at the...

Dewey Lake has been on a very steep decline as no one has enough respect for it to keep it clean and simply pick up after themselves. This is no where near how much garbage you can see floating around. There is also a very obvious nasty "film" on the surface of the water. It's very sad and distressing to see it in this state.
