LOVE this newly remodeled historic building (almost 100 years old) on the brick street in downtown Kerens Tx! Plenty of parking, ambiance with the exquisite chandeliers, and plenty of space inside for 200 people for elegant dining and/or dancing. I attended the wedding that was there in early December and the bride came down the beautiful staircase to applause from the attendees...WOW! I was also in attendance for the New Year's Eve party Sunday evening 2023 and pops of colorful lighting that created a magical atmosphere. The venue was lovely and clean. It has beautiful chandeliers overhead that add to the ambiance, as well as the grand staircase and brick exposed walls. There are many bathrooms available, so there was never a line or waiting at all. The entertainment had a stage at the front of the venue and that worked well, leaving ample space for dancing.
