Alexander Lake — Attraction in Killingly

When I was a kid (in the late 60"s) I was about 8 years old my family and all relatives would go there ( we called it Wildwood Park) every weekend in the summer and spend the day we cooked out on grills and had our breakfast, lunch and dinner there! We would always reserve the picnic tables as there was a gang of us! also they had a snack bar and a roller skating rink. You had to buy a ticket to swim and they had a dock and a wheel which kids would swim to and ride the wheel and fall in!! There was also and awesome restaurant across the street which had great hamburgers ! it was an awesome place!!! Lots...

Nice quiet, clean lake due to the motor boat ban. Great spot to relax for a vacation, very quiet at night. If you're looking for a party spot find another lake that allows...

Went there cause they told me this place was great to relax ..yeah right!, i was kicked out for trespassing in private lake. Smh!....
