We love this playground! Not only is it accessible to children with disabilities, but it's also great for younger children. It has plenty of slides. The picnic pavilion is perfect for a picnic. The bathrooms are open year-round, and they have a family bathroom. There is a short walking path through the nearby woods with the option to hear a summarized version of the book "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe" as you walk. A tranquil stream flows by the playground and the walking path, and there is a sand play area as well.

My only criticisms are that a few pieces of equipment need some repairs/updating and I wish there was more parking not separated from the playground by a road, but overall, this is one of my favorite places to bring my...

I love the treehouse!!

This park is a must; free, educational, fun and can learn many skills. For example:

Educational with the placards at the various stations on the path to the treehouse. Native animals are identified with a picture, maybe a footprint and another piece of specific information about that animal.

Reading with the various placards on the path of Darrell's Dream. You must read the story line to follow the suggested imaginative play.

Social skills with the many different children and varying ages that come to play at the park.

It's always clean, birthday parties can be held here, and parents are always very attentive to not only their children but the children around them. This is a wonderful and safe...

Amazing! Very safe for toddlers, unbelievable amount of varied activities for the kids. Went there for the first time expecting to just be a playground, ended up having to tear the kids away after 3 hours! Lots of shady trees, equipment for toddler to older kids. Sandbox type play area with safe access to little stream, musical toys and theater area, fun wooded pathways, just sooo much to explore. Had a large pavilion with tables and chairs that seats maybe 80? Regular plumbed bathrooms with family bathroom. Only thing missing is food or drink. Highly recommend bringing lots of drinks, kids play hard and dehydrate pretty quick. Was the only reason we didn’t stay longer. Love this place. Engineered towards...

Love this playground however many things were broken on the interactive signs and the coat racks weren’t anything but a wood box. There wasn’t any of the cool fluffy coats to pet while entering to give the feel of narnia. I wish the beaver house and hobbit house would have an opening. It just seemed like they have let some of the equipment go. It seemed like many of them were broken for a long time. Otherwise I love being able to walk thru and watch the kids play especially having the tiny stream to play in with seating for parents around. Kinda wish there were a few more signs for things so we wish we knew what everything was by just driving by. Can’t wait to camp!

We brought our 4 & 2 yr old grandchildren along with their parents, and I don't know who had more fun. Us or them! There are so many things to see and do for all ages and also for special needs children. Multiple sets of swings, slides & jungle gyms. A nice path under the trees with interactive stations about Narnia and fairy houses. There is a babbling brook down the middle of the tree covered walkway that is only a few inches deep, and the kids can play in it. A large tree house overlooks the whole park with viewing scope! By the way, the park was very clean too.
