We love this playground! Not only is it accessible to children with disabilities, but it's also great for younger children. It has plenty of slides. The picnic pavilion is perfect for a picnic. The bathrooms are open year-round, and they have a family bathroom. There is a short walking path through the nearby woods with the option to hear a summarized version of the book "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe" as you walk. A tranquil stream flows by the playground and the walking path, and there is a sand play area as well. My only criticisms are that a few pieces of equipment need some repairs/updating and I wish there was more parking not separated from the playground by a road, but overall, this is one of my favorite places to bring my kids to play.

Love this playground however many things were broken on the interactive signs and the coat racks weren’t anything but a wood box. There wasn’t any of the cool fluffy coats to pet while entering to give the feel of narnia. I wish the beaver house and hobbit house would have an opening. It just seemed like they have let some of the equipment go. It seemed like many of them were broken for a long time. Otherwise I love being able to walk thru and watch the kids play especially having the tiny stream to play in with seating for parents around. Kinda wish there were a few more signs for things so we wish we knew what everything was by just driving by. Can’t wait to camp!

We brought our 4 & 2 yr old grandchildren along with their parents, and I don't know who had more fun. Us or them! There are so many things to see and do for all ages and also for special needs children. Multiple sets of swings, slides & jungle gyms. A nice path under the trees with interactive stations about Narnia and fairy houses. There is a babbling brook down the middle of the tree covered walkway that is only a few inches deep, and the kids can play in it. A large tree house overlooks the whole park with viewing scope! By the way, the park was very clean too.

We have been going to other playgrounds because they are closer to home and we have enjoyed them but this one is by far the friendliest for a 1 year old to explore. I knew this place was great for older kids as my teen cousins had a ball here years ago but I didnt realize how accesible it was to newly walking kids. Not only are there baby swings but also low ramps, steering wheels, crawling tunnels, mirrors, and other things that made for a great and more independent playtime at the park.

So I googled nice parks to go to with my family and came across this one. I just want to say that I'm very thankful I did. It was beautiful. The only place that we attended was the park. So much more there. Pavilions camping trails marina the beauty of this place is great. I do highly recommend to anyone just wanting to get away in the nature. Also as we were there we seen the park ranger cleaning up things. The bathrooms were nice had soap and hand dryer. 5+ stars l

A great playground with lots to do. My 7yo loves the Narnia trail though I find the narration too lengthy and see many others lose interest partway. There are places to climb, run, imagine, and play. Most of the activities are accessible to kids with different levels of physical capability. The trails, walkways, and Narnia features often have minor flaws from flooding or failed electronics. Overall, a favorite for kids from 3 to 30.
