I had an amazing experience buying my wedding dress from Fantasy Bridal and I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a bridal gown, evening gown, or gorgeous accessories. This boutique carries a large selection of quality dresses from top designers available at competitive & affordable prices and is always getting in new inventory of trending dress styles. This boutique is also very pretty and elegant inside and was always extremely clean and welcoming (even the sample dresses to try on were always so clean). The owner, Oksana is a true professional and expert at her craft and is extremely kind, professional, and attentive. Each time I visited this boutique for an appointment, Oksana was always prepared for the appointment and always made sure that it was a personalized shopping experience for me and that I was the only bride in the store at the time. My Mom & Mother-in-law joined me for some of the appointments and Oksana would always be so incredibly kind and patient with them and she also assisted them with looking for gowns for my wedding as well from the boutique! This boutique also offers alteration and tailoring services for the dresses that Oksana does herself. The alterations that Oksana did for my wedding dress were absolutely perfect, she has incredible attention to detail! We met multiple times throughout the alteration process and Oksana was always willing to make whatever changes that I asked for while at the same time letting me know her expert opinion on what would look best. Oksana made sure that my dress was ready by when I needed it and also made sure that I was 100% satisfied before finally taking the dress home! Fantasy Bridal is my one stop shop from all things bridal to evening wear. The unique and beautiful selection of gowns makes it really hard to only pick one. I came here during my own wedding preparations and found absolutely everything I ever dreamt for. Oksana, the owner, was a joy to work with. She was attentive, kind, caring, warm, respectful, and most importantly really good at helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Besides my insanely gorgeous second bridal look, I found such gorgeous accessories like headpieces, jewelry, bags, brooches, and belts that I haven’t come across before. Truly one of a kind pieces at Fantasy Bridal! I had already bought my wedding gown long before I came here but when I saw the selection of quality, designer wedding gowns here I had fallen in love all over again and wanted to buy a new one. I highly recommend all girls to choose Fantasy Bridal as one of their top wedding boutiques to go to!!! Oksana also carries unique menswear and shoes that my husband was able to go through as well. Not sure, how all reviews are so positive. My family and I were “sized” as soon as we walked in by the lady behind the counter, she didn’t even get up to greet us, asked my sister (the bride) who we (my parents and I) were and responded with a very dry “oh”. Looked at my sisters engagement ring, and asked her when her wedding was taking place like she was in disbelief that a wedding was actually happening, mind you, i gave her all details over the phone when I made the appointment. She proceeded to pull a couple of dresses from the rack and didn’t even offer to help her put them on. She must’ve realized from my sister’s silence that she was struggling with the dresses and only then shouted “let me know if you need help!”. Suddenly after trying on 3 dresses, there were no more dresses in the size needed so the appointment was done. She proceeded to put the dresses back and sat down. We didn’t even get a goodbye. Funny how i see that some folks were offered water or something to drink while we barely got a good morning. We were clearly profiled as soon we entered the “boutique” and received the bare minimum customer service.
